I downloaded app and nothing loads. Reinstalled app and samething. Does not load or work. Please fix

I had this app for awhile and all of a sudden somehow I got logged out. I tried to log back in and it says "the email is not registered with an account" yet I know the email I put in is. I have tried uninstalling and installing and it still happens. Very disappointed as I do like to keep track of my points. Also the "Product Scan" feature is not on my app but shows on the picture on the App Store. I would like to use that. Why dont I have it? My app says its up to date.

This app no longer works!!! It does NOT access my Winners Circle account. It did in the past I dont know what changed but its crap now!!! Dont waste your time installing it.

I have been trying already for three days to register through the app and all I get is error messages. Wish I wouldve know before I made purchase. Know I cant track my items or points smh.

Like another reviewer, I got logged out yesterday and now I cannot log back in. It doesnt recognize my email, while the website has no problem recognizing my email. I am not an idiot who doesnt know how to work an app. It actually no longer works. Therefore, I must give it one star.

For some reason the app signed me out and now it is saying that my Email is not registered and I like to keep up with all my points. What do I do now? I have un installed and reinstalled again but still not working. Please help!!!!!
